Really comfortable experience there. Everything there were perfect, including clean facilities. The breakfasts at 8.50. Good service offered.

Fabulous hotel, approaching staff and fab food. Spotless room with bathroom, coffee facilities, great shower as expected. Nice building, brilliant location not far from Skegness, and the sea side. Again, not far from Orchard Farm Equestrian. Good bar area.

I had an amazing experience enjoying the local eateries, like a good place just a few steps away where we quickly grabbed some delicious food, and I was thrilled to explore Gunby Hall and Gardens, just under 4 km away with a perfect setting for a leisurely stroll among nature.

Large portion sizes for meals, Super clean and tidy environment, Old-fashioned charm

A strong odor of grease upon entering!!! Dated decor in desperate need of modern updates!!! Low water pressure leaving showers disappointing!!! Poor maintenance attention resulting in broken fixtures!!!

Our stay was unexpectedly delightful. the steak night was a treat with generous portions and the free WiFi worked like a charm! Would return for the amazing breakfast!

Had a lovely 4-night stay with my group. The breakfast was delish, even if there were a few mix-ups with our orders, but staff sorted it quickly with a smile. Rooms were super clean and equipped too, just a little chilly at night. Nice park nearby for walks, but the pub's vibe felt kinda off lately.

The ploughman's lunch impressed with its generous portions and variety, offering excellent value for £12 for two meals. The dining area maintained a local charm, bustling with villagers enjoying their meals.

On the downside, the entry foyer greeted me with a strong odor of grease, which lingered . The cleanliness could definitely use some improvement. Cutlery felt sticky, and crockery appeared less than pristine, needing a quick wipe before use. My shower lacked any real pressure, as did the small double bed that felt a bit cramped. A window above the door allowed hallway light to flood the room at night, disrupting sleep more than once, leaving it feeling less restful than one would hope.

Our honeymoon getaway at the Bell Hotel featured a cavernous room with a cozy bath and a delectable meal, highlighted by generous portions and excellent value. Fresh bread with oil upon arrival was a welcoming touch.

I particularly appreciated how clean and tidy the entire hotel was. The staff were exceedingly kind and attentive, helping me navigate the charming old-fashioned decor .

The room was clean and cozy, complete with an en-suite and nice toiletries. The breakfast was delicious, especially the freshly prepared full English, which started my day right. Staff were friendly. The hotel could use some updates to its decor.
